The Coffeyville Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Downtown Coffeyville Inc. will sponsor Coffeyville’s Farmers Market. That is right, the Farmers Market is moving to downtown Coffeyville. For several years, citizens have enjoyed the fresh harvest of our local farmers and growers. This year will be no different although the location will change. Farmers are welcome to bring their produce to the parking lot at 9th & Elm on Saturday mornings starting the first weekend in June. Jan-L's owners Jim Percival and Larry Waggoner were on hand to accept the Salute-A-Business award from the Chamber Ambassadors.  The two have ownded the business for eight years, having bought it in 2000.  Jim and Larry, along with four employees, serve the Coffeyville area and most of the rural areas including Dearing, Edna, and South Coffeyville.

Young professionals from the Coffeyville area gathered at the second Young Professionals event at the Coffeyville Country Club from 5-7 p.m on April 30th. Over 35 people enjoyed good food and networking opprotunities in a friendly atmosphere.  We thank the Coffeyville Country Club and CRMC for sponsoring this event. The committee has begun plans for the next gathering and will announce that date shortly.
