Incorporated in 1972, the Coffeyville Cultural Arts Council provides numerous activities for the community under the governance of a thirty-person Board of Directors and the Executive Director.  A volunteer base of some forty persons helps with the operation of the Coffeyville Center for the Arts located at 912 Walnut.

The Coffeyville Center for the Arts displays work by various artists on a monthly rotation. They also have a concert season-all concerts are held in the Benefiel Auditorium at Roosevelt Middle School. In addition, the Center hosts several Cabaret performances throughout the year. During the year several events are held by the volunteers for the Center. These include a Birthday Party, Evening Under the Stars, Cookie Sale, Festival of Tables, and the ever popular Chocolate Fantasy.
