Our Goals
The overall goal of the Coffeyville Chamber of Commerce is to provide a working alliance of business and professional people that would work together to conduct activities which will make a positive impact on the economic, educational, civic and social welfare of Coffeyville and the area, and thus help maintain the profitability and viability of its members. In reality the Chamber is a working partnership of business and professional people and their interest in the community and area.
More specifically, in 2008 the Chamber will focus on the rebuilding and recovery of our community from the 2007 flood. We will concentrate on marketing our community as a community in transition that will utilize these opportunities to grow. Our new goals for 2008 will be:

Begin the formation of an Adopt-A-Block program. This will involve organizing volunteers that will agree to clean up a designated city block on one of our main thorough fairs.
-
Creation of signage detailing the rebuilding that is taking place and our recovery.
-
Continued development of www.Coffeyvillechamber.com and promotion of the website as a resource for tourist, people interested in relocating and Chamber members.
